Case 01
EECA Lung Health Hub
Institutional system · Public health governance · Eastern Europe & Central Asia
Platform live · System and application in active build

Summary
EECA Lung Health Hub needed to make a regional lung-health programme legible to the ministries, parliaments, and partners who fund and govern it — and to get its first national pilot funded. We built the funder front door and a bilingual EN/RU consultation on one shared content structure, and hold systems and application architecture as the decision-support layer is built.
The funder front door
Where the programme makes its case: one six-month Foundation Phase in Kazakhstan, funded as a proof unit before the next phase is asked for, and a short route that tells a funder whether they fit — before anyone writes an email.

Bilingual consultation
The same questionnaire in English and Russian, gathering regional evidence into one reviewed queue. Language is a structural requirement across nine caucuses, not a translation layer bolted on afterwards.

Decision support
The application we're building, shown here in design: disease burden against spending in one regional view, with risk alerts on drug supply and funding transitions. Two of the Hub's four core functions are AI-driven — governed, and answerable to the people who decide.

Operational change
Ministries of health and finance, parliamentarians, and implementing partners across nine countries now enter one system instead of a scatter of documents. Evidence arrives in either language and lands in one reviewed queue. Innerflect holds systems and application architecture for the programme, and is building the decision-support layer on top of the platform already running — where budget, disease burden, and forecasting reach the people who decide.
What we built
- Funder front door
- Concept note
- Governance record
- EN/RU consultation
- Submissions backend
- Admin panel
- Systems architecture
One structure carries the public case, the governance record, and a bilingual consultation across nine national caucuses.

Transserrano Viagens
Connected operations · Group travel · Portugal
Live · Client-operated · Extended as the business evolves

Summary
Transserrano needed one connected way to run trips, availability, pricing, and content across the customer journey. We built a bespoke admin and public site on one shared trip-and-content structure — maintained once, surfaced everywhere.
Analytics
Live demand in one view — sessions, sources, and devices — so trips and dates are planned around what customers actually search for.

Trip management
Every trip added, priced, published, and featured from one table — availability and sold-out states maintained once and surfaced everywhere.

Operational change
Operational changes are reflected across the public experience. The team manages trips, availability, and content from one place, while customers see consistent information across every route as destinations and seasons change.
What we built
- Bespoke admin
- Trip management
- Search + calendar
- Availability logic
- Content system
- Analytics visibility
One trip record feeds the calendar, catalogue, availability states, and individual customer journey.

waQup
Governed intelligence · Voice-first AI product · Innerflect Studio
In development · Full product system

Summary
waQup needed one connected product system — from the first public visit to the practice users return to. We built an AI-native architecture spanning voice-first input, guided creation, editable scripts, personal audio, and a practice library, with clear product boundaries.
The first public interaction — where a promise becomes an account, and the system starts with clear boundaries.

Creator dashboard
AI-guided creation with the user in the driver's seat: they provide the context, review and edit every word, and decide what ships.

Practice depth
What people come back to — their own context, recorded in their own voice, retained inside one governed practice.

Operational change
AI supports the creation workflow without taking ownership from the user. People provide the context, review and edit every word, use their own voice, and decide what becomes part of their practice. The result is one governed system from promise to practice.
What we built
- Voice-first input
- AI-guided creation
- Human review
- Personal audio
- Practice library
- Journey system
- Governance logic
User context becomes an editable practice, recorded in their own voice and retained within one governed product flow.

DataFields Group
Public system · Edge infrastructure · AI compute · Germany
Phase one live · Ongoing system partnership

Summary
DataFields needed to make a complex infrastructure model — compute, energy, heat, regional deployment — clear to clients, partners, and stakeholders. As a first step we built a positioning-led public interface with defined solution routes and a visual ecosystem narrative.
Solution routes
Three routes in — colocation & datacenter-as-a-service, infrastructure assessment, and built-to-suit AI infrastructure. The public website is the first step; Innerflect is building the full system from here.

Operational change
A clearer foundation for market communication, stakeholder conversations, and commercial development. This first phase established the public interface. Innerflect continues as DataFields' system partner, extending the systems behind it as the company develops.
What we built
- Positioning
- Solution architecture
- Ecosystem narrative
- Visual explanation
- Content system
A complex infrastructure model translated into one public system: positioning, solution routes, and sovereign infrastructure narrative.
